Returning at Embryk

At Embryk, we strive for 100% customer satisfaction and we understand that sometimes a product does not quite meet expectations. Therefore we have a clear and fair return policy for online purchases.

Grace period and return request

You have 14 days reflection period to decide whether to return a product. Would you like to register a return? Within this period by e-mail with us. We will then provide you with clear return instructions.

Return conditions

To successfully process a return, the following conditions apply:

The product must be unused, undamaged and complete are.

Returns are only possible in the original packaging.

Personalized items cannot be returned.

The cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer.

Reimbursement and processing

Once we receive your return, the product is carefully inspected:

Upon approval, we will deposit within 14 days refund the purchase price.

If the product is damaged or not in original condition, we reserve the right to no refund or a partial refund make.

Warranty and quality standards

At Embryk we work with durable and high quality materials. Our products are manufactured with care in Europe and meet the highest safety standards. Should there nevertheless be a manufacturing defect, please contact our customer service.
