At Embryk, we make sure that your order is shipped quickly, carefully and with the utmost care. Below you can find all the important information about our shipping and delivery terms.

 

Delivery times

Orders within Europe are usually delivered within 4 to 6 business days, depending on your chosen order.

For personalized products, the delivery time may be longer. This will be clearly communicated in advance.

Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day.

We strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible.

 

Shipping Information & Track & Trace

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Track & Trace code, so you can easily follow the delivery.

Please note that delivery time may vary due to external factors such as carrier congestion or weather conditions.

 

Delays & Unforeseen Circumstances

Should there be an unexpected delay, we will notify you as soon as possible.

In the event of extended delays or unforeseen circumstances, we make every effort to still deliver your order as soon as possible.

 

Delivery conditions

Your order will be shipped to the address you provide. Please make sure this is correct, as we are not responsible for address errors or changes that are not communicated in a timely manner.

We deliver all accepted orders within a maximum of 30 days, unless otherwise agreed upon.

 

Non-delivery & Refund

If an order is delayed or cannot be completed, you will receive notification of this no later than 30 days notice.

In this case, you have the right to cancel the order free of charge. The full purchase price will be refunded within 14 days after cancellation.
